        Very patient oriented. Your treated like family. Appointments are easy to get and if you need to see a specialist they send you to the very best. Both Dr's are amazing and they listen to you and your needs. The front desk staff are personable and friendly.

        All of my interactions with Dr.Jack have been fantastic as he is a fantastic healthcare provider. Any problems I've had has been with his support staff.

        I came here because this is advertised as an urgent care. I have a cut that requires stitches. The receptionist looked at me as if I were stupid and told me that there are no doctors here today. Complete waste of my time.

        I Ben seeing Dr Jack for years, great Dr but a of late everytime I schedule a visit they cancel, 1 hour before I go, and schedule me a week or 2 later only to cancel me over and over, I'm completely out of my meds, which I need! Snotty receptionist says I have to be seen to get my meds, even though they keep canceling! Now I have to find a new Doctor!
