Our car did get picked up quickly but they said delivery was 5-7 days on the phone and that didn't happen. I called on the 8th day and they said it was getting delivered that day and we should get a call soon. Heard nothing until I called in the evening which then I was told that it will be delivered the following day, still nothing. Was told to call another number so I did today and they again said yet another day and then it will be delivered. Its been sitting in the state its supposed to be delivered it but hasn't made it to the location where it's supposed to be dropped off. It's hard enough to trust people with your property and not knowing when its truly getting drop off is beyond frustrating!!

Thank you for helping me out. My car was supposed to be picked up on October 1st by another company but just a day before I got a call from them saying they were not able to do that and cancelled my order. I was almost desperate. But Alex from Cleveland Car Transport got me covered. He found a driver in several hours and picked up the car from Cleveland bringing it to San Diego, California. This was almost a magic.
