Called yesterday and was told to come at 1pm for a wheel alignment. I get there and the miserable bald man at the counter told me there was a car stuck so I had to schedule an appointment for the next day. The next day, the same miserable bald man at the counter asking me the same questions from yesterday as if he didnt even type it up. Says I talk to 100s of people of day. My appointment was for 10am but yet they asked me to leave my car until close of business 6pm. Wasted my time two days in a row. Never coming back here

I had a flat tire on my truck. I set up an appointment online over the weekend for a tire repair at noon on Monday. My girlfriend went to the appointment at noon because I was at work and they told my girlfriend that they could not do the repair and she would have to wait 2 hours or comeback Wednesday. The man was rude to my girlfriend and told her the website should not have let her make the appointment, yet nobody let us know ahead of time. Very disappointed.

Tried to outsmart me with the kind of oil that goes into my car. Then he spotted a problem with a small leak where he thinks was in the transmission and put it on the invoice and never bothered to tell me about it.
