Eh.takes a while for them to respond. They delivered tables and chairs inside a promised window which was great. Walked up 2 floors which was unexpected. However, failed to deliver the correct shape table after sending 2 emails and speaking on the phone with owner. They did not charge for last minute cancelation of tent for to change of venue. In the end, I wont use them again.

Excellent company. No drama, were available for the best rate, Kevin was extremely respectful and straightforward. Appreciated the customer service and professionalism. Will use again 10/10

We had a great experience with Cleveland Tent Rental! They had a package with exactly what we needed - tent, chairs, and tables. Pick up and drop off were seamless, prices were amazing, and they were even able to accommodate a last minute change for us. Highly recommend!

We rented a 20x30 tent with side walls, chairs, and flooring for our backyard wedding. The tent was very nice. The young men that came to set it up were very polite and were done in short order.
The two middle aged men that came to install the floor seemed annoyed to be there. They did not introduce themselves and left immediately after setting up the floor that looked like it was taken from a trailer that meth was made in. A majority of the tiles had duct tape on them or old adhesive from previous tape. If we would have known what the floor would look like we would have cancelled the rental for the floor. Of the chairs we recieved several were broken.
We would recommend cleveland tent rental for just that, the tent. If you need flooring, or chairs you should look literally anywhere else.
