Who, in the right mind closes their store, a tea store, a store where many many many many many people would want to buy their product just before Christmas. I was one of them. Then come to find out theyre closed. You only get one chance to impress me as a customer and you didnt do it and I will never be back, sad its sad for you because youre myopic in your business model.
