Liberty Tax

I have been trying to get my information from this company since2022. No one from corporate will return my calls. The one i attended was shut down and all the paperwork was taken. I had to pay coty city taxes because of not able to file. Poor service. And the last time I filed No one wanted to talk about it

The accountants at Liberty tax did a splendid job and were very helpful and are very good and outstanding in their field of work. I will use them many times over again in the future.

No one is answering the phone Goes to voicemail. I have left messages and also emails. No follow up from liberty tax.

Unprofessional, unorganized and straight up RUDE! After making me reschedule I finally get in for my appointment and when I stand up the lady yells at me to sit down! Waited well after my appointment time and then the rude person said she didnt have time to do my taxes. The place smells of smoke and the woman was too big to stand up and greet customers or file paperwork! Liberty tax had my business for years and lost it just like that.
