I tried this place out a couple years ago....they were friendly and took care of business...didn't charge me half of my return either..didnt try to keep charging me more by adding on services like H&R Block...they have a customer for life.

I'll start off by saying it's heartbreaking when a small business that you try and support rips you off that you have been going to for years!. In that case, I should've gone to H&R BLOCK. So 800 taxes claim their raising prices this year, and that's fine, and I get that but when your family members goes there and they pay the same price as they have been paying but they charged my wife and I double and tripled the price. That's just bad business. They went from charging me $150 to $250 and my wife from $125 to $431, including those hidden fees. Remind you that my family members still paid the $125. The only thing I can think of is because we went in January, and 800 taxes needed more money at the time because he/ the owner was by himself, but now his wife is there. BAD BUSINESS WHAT A SHAME. MAKE A PRICE LIST AND JUST STICK TO IT AND JUST BE TRANSPARENT!!!!! STOP PRICE GOUGING
