I just called to ask some questions for my dad regarding some tax papers he received. And since I'm not familiar with tax forms I thought they'd help answer some of our questions. But the guy was soooo rude and my dad was shocked on how unprofessional he was. This guy just told us he was not accepting new clients, proceeded to tell us how he couldn't help us without me even asking a question or even say goodbye, he hung up! And my dad just moved out here from AZ and I'm telling him how nice people are out here than on the West Coast. I guess, I'll just keep that to myself next time. :/ I just pray this guy realizes how rude he actually was, and I hope he isn't that way with many others. This is why my hubby does taxes online.

John South's Accounting Services is aptly named, as what a client receives, firstly, is service from John. He is the consummate professional who makes accounting look easy. John is honest, diligent, and thoughtful, as well as accurate. We used to dread handling our books and taxes, but now it is painless and only as bothersome as shopping for shoes. Thanks, John!

Called the place, Accountant hung up on me when I was looking for a new accountant, very rude. Would give zero stars if I could.
