The quality of care was really good this was a well put together establishment and up to par the only thing that sort of was an issue was the tight parking option specifically for the location

My friend has advised me her and her child went to this facility and they left after 5 hours of WAITING. My Friends baby literally had a procedure scheduled and had not eaten by the time they left for TWELVE hours because he was preparing for his procedure that he never got due to them canceling last minute on her and they still have no returned her phone calls or emails she has sent. If you Value you and YOUR CHILD'S time DO NOT GO HERE! Also I would prefer instead of commenting in response to my review that management do the right thing and directly reach out to the patient because she has reached out and is being ignored. Thank you

Awesome place. Surgeon and nurses was very nice. They met my special needs daughter at her level which made both of us feel comfortable.

My son had an appointment with them. The staff is so kind and very sweet. Love them even my son adored them and gave hugs 5/5 totally recommend!

Update: I called to talk to someone at the main office, also sent emails to different people and still waiting for a response. They were quick to reply on google reviews but not to a voicemail or emails sent. I will continue to wait but how they are handling this just makes me more frustrated. My son had an appointment today, April 5th for a dental procedure at 8:40AM with Dr. Peter E. Larson. It is to my disappointment that the goals of my sons procedures went incomplete due to lack of consideration and communication by Dr. Larson and his team. This appointment took much preparation as I used gas, time, and getting my child up early for a 40 minute commute to this facility. We arrived around 7:50am to check in then we proceeded to wait in the waiting area for three and a half hours. Sadly, when we were called to the back where I anticipated my son to be seen, it was after an additional hour and a half the nurses spoke with us and stated that Dr. Larson did not feel comfortable proceeding with surgery due to my sons Asthma. Four months ago when this procedure was scheduled, it was also discussed that my son has emotional asthma and Dr. Larson was still agreeable to do it and if this was a problem it should have been addressed earlier to spare all my efforts as well as my hungry child who by the time we left had not eaten for over twelve hours because of advisory from Dr. Larson and his team to prepare him for the surgery. I would have appreciated if Dr. Larson would have advised us personally about his concern with my sons asthma after such a long wait or to be present to discuss alternate options for the benefit of my child, this would have shown he may have had some compassion for his patient who was waiting. This experience was draining and ultimately unacceptable as I held such confidence in this facility to tend to the needs of my son only to leave with the recommendation of going to Metro Health after over five hours of waiting.
