No funding for the homeless....no rental security deposit.... section 8 public housing assistance is inefficient with unqualified administrative assistant manager with misappropriation of federal funding.

Their options of chatting online instead of calling has been a huge help! Being a single busy mom who can't always have a phone conversation without interruption lol, having the online chat option makes it so much easier to get the info I need. Always professional always helpful always find an agent who will go above and beyond for me

Really enjoy Playhouse Square & the variety of plays brought in by United Way of Cleveland! Just so fun for a great evening out with family & friends !

They used to be great and now I feel like they just stuffed it full of warm(ish)bodies, and college interns who have zero experience, are totally rude and very unsympathetic. I guess its a Post-Covid staff shortage or something. Id be cautious. If you feel uncomfortable, just say thank you, hang up and try calling back. Sucks. They are so worthless now.
