Ive tried to reach out to them and make an appointment only one person called me back, and after that, & they never did a follow-up or a reschedule or anything.

DENTISTRY 3 STARS. They provided cleanings and fillings, and a chipped front tooth was corrected, which took multiple visits cause the first visit was not satisfactory. When they refer you out for something they can not do, they can be hard to work with as far as xrays and referrals. COUNSELING 3 STARS. I saw someone briefly over a period of a few months, if your looking for someone to talk to and vent to during sessions, they can be there for you and provide support. No real goals or solutions were set in place the whole time despite many opportunities to create them in multiple avenues. PSYCHIATRY 2 STARS. I saw 2 different providers over 3 years, which didn't last long with either provider. Both providers were good as far as talk therapy and providing solutions via medication and support. The MAJOR issue was canceled appointments last second despite waiting a month or longer in my case to be seen on the day of or follow-ups, so reliability and consistency were unsatisfactory, causing me to look elsewhere. CASE WORKERS 0 STARS. My situation is not dire, like it was when I was homeless but my case worker was essentially useless and a waste of time 100% for there specific role in providing specific services that can be provided by a case worker. They asked for a list of what I could use help with, and I provided 5 in order or urgency. NONE of the things listed improved whatsoever with their help over the period of 2 months. If anything, it delayed results. Case workers will always be a hit or miss. I know others personally who have had case workers with The Centers, and it was a similar outcome. PCP 3 STARS. The doctor I saw took the time to address my concerns and provided any needed medication for physical conditions. The supporting staff was unsuccessful at drawing blood, so I was sent elsewhere for that specific part in my care. PHARMACY 5 STARS they shined in this area for a lot of reasons. OVERALL 3 STARS. This is fair as I do not want to deter people from seeking the help that they want and or need, but at the same time, The Centers could certainly improve in the areas mentioned as far as my experience. As with situations like these, everything can be a CASE by CASE basis.

I LOVE the Centers and all that they do for Cleveland people in need! I want to give a shout out to Ahlem Zaaeed and Karen Nieves, from the agency, who provide services at Cleveland's LGBT Center. I received services from them yesterday, and I want to thank them not only for the religious and ethnic diversity that they bring to the table, but also for being consummate professionals, and for opening their hearts to me. THANK YOU.
