My experience is awful. I don't think these services even deserve stars. They don't make a difference, they don't deserve the donations, and most importantly the caseworkers should be ashamed of themselves when they don't even help you. They act like robots. Scratch that a robot has more emotion then that. Sorry of all when you tell a caseworker you don't want something they force it upon you because they get a cut. Another thing I don't like is when you say you don't need a caseworker they keep you on the case just so they can get more money from you to keep your case active. I was at Norma Herr, I got myself out no one helped me. Yet these agencies are getting paid to help when they don't do a damn thing!!!! What is this world coming to.

Entirely depends on who you speak to. Only 2 people out of the many many people I unfortunately had to talk to were of any help and of any resource. I even reached out via their text hotline, ONLY TO BE IGNORED FOR HOURS! I NEVER RECIEVED A RESPONSE. I informed the appropriate people, but I know for a fact nothing was done about it. So don't worry. They will put people who don't care about you or your well-being on their hotline and they will ignore you just like the "justice system" and the abuser ignored you too. CRCC made an already traumatic experience more traumatic than it needed to be. My actual advocate and therapist were the only two people from the entire organization that I ever came in contact with that didn't come off "coach-y" pushy, rude, demanding, or uncaring. Which, is pretty horrid considering where these people are employed. I hope that this organization only gets better and employs better, more caring and capable individuals, because at this time, I would recommend suffering alone than getting help from CRCC.
