I visited here recently for a focus group meeting. I have used their services to help me remodel my kitchen with accessibility in mind. Really nice staff and I know some people who stay in their housing which is very much needed in this city. Great organization and nice facility.

Derek in maintenance goes above and beyond for my client who lives in one of these apartments! He is always available when my client needs him for any repair around her apartment! He wears many hats in the company and works on pretty much any and everything! He deserves a promotion or raise, or even some kind of recognition for all he does!

I don't like how places like these is all in your business such as; having to show your bank statements, after showing proof of income, & a friend of mine is scared to speak up there because she feels if she complained about things that aren't right. Sad, I definitely wouldn't recommend, nor apply to live here. I don't like the fact they take pictures of your belongings, they're suppose take pictures of any damages not your stuff.
