The owner " Terry" and his staff are so stupid, dense, ain't got no common sense and unorganized. I worked for Cleveland Metro Security in 2021 and I left because I took a high paying job with less drama, when I turned in my resignation letter, Terry told me on the day I resigned that " you can come back any time, you don't need to put in a two weeks, you can reapply anytime and will hire you back. " I reapplied this January 3rd, 2024 in person, the female recruiter NANCY told me that " they don't have any contract right now, please continue to call, stop in and check every week." for the past 6 week I been calling them, first they checked to see if was qualified and did I leave on a good note. His retarted staff with a male voice told me on the phone; " you are qualified to come back, so just keep calling to see if we have something opened." I was still calling to check up on my application status, the old broad Nancy told me again on the 4th week. " We still don't have any contracts because we lost a lot of contracts and we had to replace our current security guards first to our 2 new contracts. We will have new contracts by next week, there still pending by our lawyers and you can continue to keep calling and checking up." I called on Feb 6th and the owner Terry picks up the phone. I explained to him on the phone about my application status, He tells me on the phone " We do have 20 contracts but it seems like you don't fit our needs because you want first shift or third shift and two, you keep calling here checking, your confusing my staff members and they don't know what to do with you or where to put you. If were interested in you, we will call you, you don't have to keep calling here and checking up on your hiring process. I don't care what they told you, I'm telling you something different, they can do what ever they want at free will, its my company. A lot of our contracts went to Royce Security on Euclid Ave. This is for people who want to start in this industry, sorry sir. " Understand this Mr. Terry, your old, senile, dense and retarted and your office staff got some kind of mental issues that need to be address. "Then, they got the nerve to tell you that you cant work for any other employer or organization that either security or general labor." You don't even pay your employees that good, so shut your mouth. They don't know how to do human resources or recruiting properly. Yall kept lying about contracts and not to mention, you lost them to Royce and Royce is not even a good company, so know your paying your employees $10.00 and below. I WOULDN'T APPLY TO THIS SECURITY COMPANY. YOU CAN TOSS MY APPLICATION IN THE CAN, I DON'T CARE BECAUSE I WILL FIND SOMETHING ELSE. Cleveland metro security or should i say Cleveland Retarted Security.
