Came for our anniversary dinner and spent most of the time swatting away little black flies. They were landing on everything. The fish was flavorless and overcooked.

So I took my dad to Mitchells for Fathers Days. I was super excited because I no longer live in the city but Mitchells has always been a favorite of mine. Well this was probably THE WORST experience I have had at this restaurant. Initially the appetizers took forever to come out. One of the appetizers we ordered never came out and what did come out came out cold. We ordered our main meal and while waiting for our food my dad found a bug in his coffee!!! I understand things happens but the way the manager NOAH handled the situation was all wrong! That just added insult to injury! When the manager did come over he was so nonchalant and unapologetic. He didnt even attempt to recover from the situation. He just said I heard you want to cancel your order. Nor did he offer to comp them raggedy behind appetizers we had. We canceled our order but he actually made us pay for what we had already ordered. He didnt even bother to at least comp the coffee. NOAH - the manager is horrible! His customer service and people skills were missing on this day! If he had even remotely acted like he gave a hoot and addressed our concerns I would have chalked it up as things happen but Mitchells how you handle a situation has everything to do with the customer experience and whether or not the customer returns in spite of what happened but NOAH is garbage and did not represent your brand well. His only concern was when he saw me taking a picture of the bug was Are you going to post that. Well Noah I am 100% going to post it! After years of patronizing your establishment yall definitely lost me this day. I will not be returning under any circumstances!
