George Davis (ARC home improvements) called right away and was very professional, I explained what the insurance adjuster wanted done, he came out and seen want needed to be done and was able to do the job that day. As his crew worked George explained everything that needed fixed. George and his crew was able to repair the pop ups on the roof, seal and fix loose fitting around the chimney, and install new alum fascia on the rear of my house. He also took the time to explained everything being done as his crew worked and if issues accrued he explained how he was going to repair them. George inspected the work as his crew was repairing the shingles and the metal facia. After the crew left and I was able to take picture's for the insurance adjuster I noticed a few thing that needed corrected, I texted George and showed him the pictures, he texted me back and called assuring me they would correct the issue. The next day he sent his crew back to fix the issues. They were very professional and timely. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone and will call them if I need any other work done. I’ve used ARC Home Improvements several times for roof issues, and have found them phenomenally responsive, friendly, and prompt. Phone calls are returned quickly and George and his team show up as scheduled to get the work done with extreme efficiency and speed. Definitely recommend.

George Davis isn't honest.. He taken advantage of a grieving widow..He is greedy! My attic was leaking George Davis lied and told me that my Chimney needed tuckpointing, the leaking wasn't coming from the new roof he installed. I expressed to him that when my husband was alive he had gotten the chimney tuck pointing done, he lied and stated that the tuckpointing work wasn't done properly. George Davis is a Roofer he doesn't have to be Licensed in Ohio he over charged me for the Tuckpointing $1,300 he isn't a Masonry . My attic kept leaking he kept lying..My chimney needed a Chimney Flue Liner because my old house had a heating system which was a Boiler. George Davis gave me a verbal estimate of $2,400 to fix my attic with Green Board telling me it would take a few days to dry out my attic and remove the mold.

I hired Joe Wymer and his crew to build a deck for me and we even signed the contract for it to be done. I gave them half of the money to buy the materials (they never purchased them) and after the check was cashed I called and left a message with the contactor once a week on Monday to see if a start date locked in. I was then contacted and told the the contractor and the crew lead thought it was best that he give the money back and that I go directly with the crew leader because I had "all these questions" that he did not have an answer to. I was not sure why I was being treated as if I was bothering him but agreed to having the check returned. I was told I would have it by the end of the fallowing week and when I did not receive it I called and spoke with the contractor via text messages (he never called me directly about this concern) and he said that he would send out a new check and at this point I asked if I could just pick a check directly up from him and he then proceeded to tell me he is not in the business of ripping people off and made it seem like I was. I was never contacted by his crew leader to do the deck. In the end I felt as if I had floated him a short term loan for his business. I would not recommend this group for any type of work. I can not stress how unprofessional the whole situation was handled enough and advise anyone reading this to find another company.
