Applebee's Grill + Bar

Really surprised! Finally got a hamburger that looked like something. Taste really good too! Donuts balls was soo good! Boneless wings were ok. Not seeing the hype there. But other than that everything was great! Would definitely go again esp at this location!

Never got seated after 45 minutes. We left. 2 other groups of 2 left. 2 women walked in and left. The waiting area was so crowded people were standing. The hostess in the afternoon of (corrected date I originally said the 7th it was the 6th on Saturday) April 6th wasnt greeting people at all. People were just walking in and standing around while she didnt acknowledge anyone. We sat for 30 mins waiting for her to give us some type of acknowledgement that she was ready. She just kept walking off and looking down at something on the hostess stand. She was rude when I asked her when we were getting a table. She said she had no idea I was present or something she said along those lines. I guess she couldnt see 4 people I guess to her that made sense. I guess she was mad that our kids were loud. These were 2 online friends that were meeting for the first time. They were excited. They werent out of pocket loud just excited. She tried to go back and forth cause I told her I was there for 45 minutes she kept correcting me saying it was 15. Which meant I didnt check in till after sitting there for 30 minutes. She seated literally everyone and just let all 4 of us sit there without saying anything. I was just being polite and not making her do her job. Never seen a hostess in my life that do not acknowledge you with eye contact and a hello or a can I help you or something. She was super irritated and and it made it apparent. We left because after we had an exchange that only ended because I agreed with her even though it wasnt the truth just so she could stop. After that she walked off, we didnt feel comfortable even eating there so we left. This is Applebees there will be kids there. Literally its a place a lot of people take kids. Im not sure why she was shocked by a couple of 13 year old girls. They werent that loud. I was actually making sure they werent. They already shut down the one in my neighborhood this whole chain is a mess. I get it people need jobs but why work somewhere thats a family restaurant if you get annoyed by kids so easily?

This is one of the worst Applebee's I've ever been to. After we finally got seated it was 30 minutes just to order our drinks then we waited an hour for our food where the waitress didn't come back at all to even refill our drinks. Then another half an hour wait just for the check to come and be wrong. I don't know if it was just an off night but I won't be coming back to this one.

Got seated to our table faster. That was a great start. Server came in and took our order. Chocolate milkshake was delivered faster. Milkshake was great. Service is five stars kinder and five stars nicer. Even my plain hamburger was delivered to my table faster. And there was no pink on the burger. None. Server wasted no time at all getting our order. This was the most pleasant experience and the most pleasant service ever. 5 is the most luckiest number on the planet. Need I say more? Bottom line, it was pleasant.

They only had 2 servers! That explains lack of service! 30 m8nuye wait with an empty restaurant!
