Mcmullan Realty Inc

On, Friday December 8, 2023 I contacted Mcmullan Realty Inc with regards to selling my home. I was assured someone will be getting in touch with me, their voicemail states "someone will be getting back with you within less than 24 hours". Well it has been well over 24 hours. After reading the reviews I do not want to deal with this company.

I have been forced to deal with this company via the property owner. I call daily and never got ONE call back. Very unprofessional. I am a public employee and I would never not contact my customers back! 4 months without contact. UNACCEPTABLE

I've worked with McMullan for over 2 years. It hasn't always been bad, but it got worse before getting better. At the onset Henry was very helpful in educating me on the Cleveland market. He helped me with a real estate transaction then PM services. Afterwards, that's when things started going downhill. There have been 3 instances where Henry went MIA. This left me wondering the status of my properties and tenant situations. Recently, it's been 1 month without communication from McMullan Realty. This is absolutely unacceptable. I gave the benefit of the doubt after the 1st time Henry went MIA. The 2nd time was the final warning, and now enough is enough. I wanted to help support their efforts from the beginning of the process but service has been inconsistent. I wouldn't recommend their services to investors hoping for consistent communication. This has deteriorated my trust for them and left me without rent for 3 months and likely more now.

Henry Stoudemire is a disgrace to this business that his deceased father purchased and built a stellar reputation.  Leaving the business to his sons was a mistake.This post listings of rentals that they have no intentions of renting.  They are so unproductive that they use unethical business practices to generate leads to sell since they can't sell or rent properties honestly.The way that this black owned business operates is the reason why so many people refuse to do business or are reluctant to do business with Black personsUnprofessional.RudeUnstructuredPoor customer serviceDoesn't return callsList the same properties year after year as rent ready but have no properties to rent.These realty businesses are ruining the business
