Horrible property management company. The worst Ive ever dealt with! Not only did they leave my child and I without heat, hot water, and electricity for weeks at a time in the dead of winter TWICE, they also lack in communication skills. Ive called multiple times, emailed Kelly and her team, even went to the office with no response!! Cancel maintenance requests without addressing the issue and doesnt seem to care about their tenants one bit! Issues Ive been having with unit were fixed but we still experienced the same problem over again. Cant answer the phone or respond to emails, but seem to have plenty of time to rudely reply to tenants reviews online!!

Can I have my 2023 Deposit back please I have been calling jeff and JBS Realty but no answer !!! I wonder if no one works in your office I need my money back or are you guys going to deny that you dont know me too?????

This company has found me a quality property that I am happy with. Their online portal is easy to use for payments.. Jeff is professional and gets right back to me if I need anything. I would recommend JBS to my friends and family.
