Very knowledgable and responsive! Dave and Donna are very knowledgable about the current market. Being first time homebuyers, we depended on their opinions a lot when it came to considering home value and composing offers. They were able to share a lot with us about the structural integrity of houses during walkthroughs. They shared their honest opinions with us about houses, and it was apparent they wanted us to find the house of our dreams and not put in offers on houses that were not meant for us. There were various occasions that a house came on the market and they were able to get us in to see the house within minutes. I have to believe this is due to their strong teamwork and ability to be in two places at once because they are a team! I cannot recommend the Toth Team enough when it comes to buying a home. I would definitely use them again!
