He graciously connected me with his solid local contacts, and I now have my first SFH rental and an amazing team because of him. He is a skilled negotiator, and I got a great deal under asking. Mike helped us make our first investment out-of-state efficiently and with great advice throughout the journey. At first we were targeting duplexes, and he quickly helped us refine our criteria to single family given the amount we had available to invest. He candidly helped us narrow our criteria and set our expectations. He sent us two listings that were within our new criteria, along with a suggestion on how to offer, he sent us videos of a walk-through, and helped us make an offer that after two rounds of negotiation (which only took 2 days), was accepted. He set us up with his lender network and property manager, we closed, got the renovations done, and are excited to welcome our first renter. It was great working with Michael and his team to purchase my first out of state property. Knowing that I had them by my side helped overcome any nervousness that I might have had with purchasing a property sight unseen. Michael's knowledge of the area and relationships (insurance agents, lenders, property management, etc) made it easier to navigate any issues that came up and to help start putting together a team to help me manage my property from a far. I'll be reaching out to Michael again when I'm ready to find another property in the area.
