When I met Gladimir Lobo, I was a first-time homebuyer/aspiring investor living in Jacksonville, FL. I had spoken with a few realtors in Ohio, but I immediately felt that Gladimir was the one for me because the others just didnt seem to understand what I was trying to accomplish- I was looking for a property that I could live in and rent the other unit. A couple of my deals presented significant challenges, which elongated the process and caused stress and anxiety on my part. I have had an excellent experience working with Dwelling Network. At present they are overseeing one of my duplexes while marketing it for sale. They are very fast when I need help with a repair and their follow up is first rate. We have a very good line of communication and everyone in each department reports very quickly to me on any issues. I can definitely say when they tell me they are going to call they do call. Don't see this in many businesses now a days. Looking for rental management or a realtor to sell or buy a property I would first suggest Dwelling Network.
