IIP Management

i moved in a few days ago, come to find out the entry door to the apartment building does not lock AND see attached for the shower situation that was not nearly as serious when i saw the apartment a few weeks ago, and i was told it would be taken care of before i moved in. ive called maintenance multiple times with no answer and none of my messages have been returned. its been four days without a working shower. absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. highly regret renting here. no respect for my money or time.

Iip management company has Bilal as a great employee and every time I call, Bilal helps me.

Overall, my experience was decent with IIP. My only issue was the field mice in the winter time. For the most part maintenance was timely. There were only a few times they were not which I believe was due to staffing so I cant fault the property management for that. I hate to be parting with IIP and I wish they had available single family units because I wouldve loved to continue renting from them. Kerri was amazing to work with but overall a good experience
