NEGATIVE 10 STARS! never respond to repair requests, NONE OF MY REPAIRS DONE! charge HUNDREDS of DOLLARS a MONTH for nothing! Zero work, maintenance Bbb and court have many complaints. They are intentional. Read all other complaints here. Take money to do nothing. Owner response here. "We are good company" blames the home owner on every single complaint! Need to be sued

I've had No Heat for Three days at less than 10 degree temperatures, with numerous calls about the problem,, which they were totally aware of and haven't even given a phone call .. this is totally unacceptable , .. they don't care about your problems because they're cozy and comfy at their house so it doesn't affect them

This management service especially in Olmsted Falls should be in the news frequently for all the stuff that they have gotten away with ripping people off taking the cheapest route and rebuilding those condos that burnt down making people who are on fixed incomes struggle, assessing fees, and making threats to peoples livelihood. There is a long list that I just dont have the time to put on here since this is only a review but if you go to a condo apartment or anywhere that this place manages run far and run fast they have so many legal troubles that they want residents to pay for them by increasing their maintenance fees or ripping them off on snow removal. Those are just a few examples of the things they get away with They take the bylaws and use them to their fullest advantage. If you really wanna know all the details talk to people at the chandlers Lane condominiums in Olmsted Falls you wont believe the stuff they have to put up with. And of course they will deny all of it thats why they have so many legal battles.
