They do not take care of their renters in any way shape or form. Their support is non-existent and they can never explain high charges to you on your statements.Would not rent from again.

I'm a customer of the Memphis Fulton Plaza center and everytime I go in there, there are multiple semi trucks taking up parking in the front of the store making it impossible to park in the front of the building so I'm forced to park in the back. I'm an elderly lady and partially disabled and it's not very convenient for me to have to walk all the way around the building. I don't understand why these huge trucks would park in front when there is ample space to make deliveries in the rear.

I can't recommend this company enough! After an exhaustive few months of trying to buy a house Paran came through with exactly what I needed. The staff was empathetic to my situation and worked diligently to help me transition back into renting a lovely place. Thanks!

This company has not worked with a number of small businesses in the Englewood, OH area that were struggling to stay in business due to covid restrictions. Avoid leasing space from through them at all costs. They trade short term revenue over long term profits.
