I have post a review about Mr. Wanye Speedy out of angry and being inpatient. Mr. Speedy has did what he could to make; sure my housing and paperwork was handled in a timely manner. He even fixed my bathroom and porch out of his pocket. I will like to apologize to him for my 1st review. His a good property manager and will help you if he can.

I am a renter of a property in Akron for 3 years. It is a rent a room place where we share the bathrooms and kitchen . Wayne speed allowed a couples to move into a single room down stair. When they moved in they jimmied the door to my room breaking into the room that I live in. Wayne stated that they were testing the waters offered to have them beat up so that way they wont do it again Instead of fixing the issues and telling them not to do it that. this is not appropriate. Allstar property management has also been made aware for over four months now about repairs being needed done to this House and has not done so in almost 6 months now these were all known when the new owner purchased the property and hired Allstar property management . The city has also stepped in over a month ago a sent a list of repairs that need attention and no repairs done in the house. The toilet is sinking in the floor nothing holding it down so you cant lean to wipe. This is how this company treats its residents. Also, this company has not talked to the tenants that also occupied this residence about proper sleeping schedule and being respectful to other tenants. They are constantly banging at two or three or 4 AM. They are doing some sort of drugs because I come home from work and the guys sleeping in the kitchen strung out on the floor. These tenants have been nothing but a nuisance and caused nothing but problems and management company have not done anything about them. In the pictures, you will see multiple issues and these are all from them moving in in the first of the year they have ripped the bolts out from the toilet theyre constantly soaking the floors. Its making the wood rot. Update Mr speed contacted me on Easter Sunday to help resolve the issue not aware of all the issues going on and not knowing the side of the other person. Thank you Mr. speeded for reaching out. Update with rest of everything as we go. Understand he needs approval from the own I CA in order to repair. Update the company did work to the bathroom. They just put it down on top the messed up tiles.
