Insight Holdings Cleveland

It's been a good experience so far. The apartment is nice other then the little gap in my front door but my neighbors are never a problem. They also have people that come through and clean the hallways and they've looked out for me when I've left my headlights on my car.They also have code locked doors that with everything makes it feel a little cozy though I do wish they changed the code every once in a while. The ladies in the office have been pleasant since day 1 and in a recent incident where my car was towed from a corner parking spot that was mismarked they contacted me apologized, reimbursed me on my rent, and said maintenance would fix the spot asap.

I recently had the opportunity to tour properties with Elizabeth from Insight Holdings, and it was an exceptional experience. Elizabeth's professionalism, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the Ohio City and downtown Cleveland area made the process effortless and informative. Highly recommended for anyone seeking properties in the area!

A wonderful 2 years! Our unit was so beautiful and in an awesome location. The management team & maintenance team were always responsive, kind, & thorough. Id recommend living here, for sure! We loved living here. The apartment is lovely and the management team was very responsive and so helpful!

Living at Hingetown Lofts was a great experience. The staff are professional and responsive when issues arise, and our neighbors were friendly and considerate.

Insight is honestly incredible. Adam, Erica and the rest of the team are the best in the business. They make you feel like you're family, not tenants. They go above and beyond. Lived in the same place for 3 years and never had any issues unless it was changing out a ceiling light bulb that we couldn't reach. Very grateful for our time with Insight Holdings.
