Had to threaten arbitration in order to get a response. Been waiting a couple of months for a repair on some steps that a lot of people have injured themselves on. Would not recommend signing a lease with and landlord that goes through this company.

Have been renting from Dwellworks for 2 years now. The team has been on top of any issues that have come up and that Ive encountered and brought to their attention. Weve had some issues here and there with contractors not showing up when they said they would, but thats not Dwellworks s fault. Its just how it is nowadays when trying to get stuff fixed - unfortunately sometimes takes a long time! But overall nice people, good customer service, and helpful when Ive needed them.

Excellent customer service! Worked with a couple brokers through Station Cities and they were all fantastic. Highly recommend, they make the moving process easy and stress free.
