I arrived at 1200 for a 1500 loading appointment. Put into the dock at 1230, and then they have lunch from 1230-1300. I was loaded and away by 1500. I think your experience here will depend on whether they have your product ready and how many trucks are there. There seemed to be only one forklift driver available to load the trucks.

Very fast loading. Not too worried about appointments, so I would arrive early if possible. Room for parking overnight.

Been here a few times. Loading can take a while, but overall nice people. They were having a cookout for employees and invited me to a burger and chips!!

Picked up a load here. Not bad, had to wait a little because I came right at lunch. But once they were done, got me in and out within a hr. Super easy backing. Looks like you can stay overnight also.
