ISP entered into a year-long transportation contract/agreement on a specific lane. They ran 4 months worth of the lane, holding me to my end of the agreement. Then when it came time to adjust, they found other lanes to run and refused to honor their end of the agreement. Melissa shifted blame on Bill and with her being his boss, he had no choice. Beware of their shady business practices. This is not the first time they've been caught doing shady stuff, this was their second chance.
Melissa/Bill, if you have no intention of holding to your agreement, don't make one. Market rates change, which is the reason you and I engaged in a contract in the first place to maintain constant, reliable freight lanes at a biannual rate that was at a fair price for both parties. Notice in their reply below, that they admittedly broke their agreement and are now trying to shift blame on someone else...very sad.
