This company is one of the contractors, Choice warranty company provided. Long story as short as I can make it. Shur Flow Plumbing accepted the job to fix our hot water tank. Jim changed out some plumbing and when I got home from work a couple hours later, there was still leaking water. He told my wife that we can call if there was a problem. I was ghosted for about 24 hours from both him and his base of operation. I finally got a hold of Tanya and she told me that due to Choice not paying them for pass jobs, Jim won't be coming back to complete mine. All I could think was, WOW, and explained to her that if this was the case, they shouldn't have taken on a new job in the first place. Although we went peacefully back and forth in conversation, I pretty much concluded by saying that I would leave them a review and wish them the best. So my advice to you all is that if you are using a warranty company, don't allow them to assign Shur Flow Plumbing. They will take your deductible and run.

Expert professional service. 10x better than popular national plumbers. Prices will beat them all too. Also will support getting the city to fix problems that are on their side of the line. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

A true 24hr service company. No corporate company was able to assist me for my emergency plumbing need. John, was here in less than an hour and had my plumbing issue resolved in an hour on a Saturday at 9:00pm. Professional and friendly from beginning to end. I will never call another big company again. Shur Flow Plumbing will get all my business and every deserved referral. Thank you, Shur Flow and John.
