The Village Plumber

I had a plumber from this company come out to give me a quote. He came over and looked at everything I wanted quoted for. He told me he would send the quote over one day, he didn't. Then he said he would send it the next evening, he didn't. When I reached out again, he couldn't even be bothered to respond. I never did receive the quote. What a waste of time. It was a time sensitive issue so I had another plumber do it and I got the quote same day and the work was done two days later. The village plumber was extremely unprofessional.

I have known Denny personally for over 40 years. He is as honest as the day is long. Today, he was at our home for 90 minutes and during that time he hooked up an water extention to a new steam dryer, fixed a shower valve, made a minor toilet repair and found that another toilet had a broken flange that had caused the subfloor to rot, and showed me that someone never put the flange in properly. We couldn't complete that repair as we need to find new flooring first! We have also had him repair outdoor broken pipes on the property before. He is prompt, clean , fair priced and trustworthy! So easy for them to what was going on with hissing sound with my toilet. Had to come out a second time, both times were short. Professional, (explain the problem), neat, Strickly business (got the job done). Will be using them for other plumbing problems' Service: Toilet repair
