        Leaving a sterling review to make up for Josh (scroll down) saying hes been going there for years, having one less-than-stellar experience and rating 2 stars. Your sense of loyalty is abysmal. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Theyve been such a wonderful addition to Tremont and I enjoy giving them as much money as possible to turn my home into a jungle. Cant recommend them highly enough. (Josh, on the other hand, I would not recommend as a human. I get the vibe hes very difficult.)

        Ordered a couple plants from here online. I'm in KY so my sister-in-law picked them up for me to bring down when she visited the next weekend. While she had them one wasn't doing well. She called and they had her bring it in and exchanged it! Super helpful. Wish I lived closer. Will definitely order from Urban Planting again. Just wish they would start shipping plants, but understand completely. Awesome place!
