Called in my pizza and an antipasto salad got there and the lady had an attitude because I was a five mins early and said it had only been 3 mins since i ordered mind you it was a ten min drive ..plus the whole building smelled like a carton of cigarettes and the girl making the pizzas had sores on her hands so needless to say nasty attitudes and nasty looking people working If you're a tweaker get a job here

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER ! i waited 2 hours at my place of employment for DINNER for my 10 HR SHIFT ! and there "online ordering " suddenly doesn't work ... why have me wait 2 hours for food that supposedly isn't even ordered ? 0/5 stars if i could , AND THEY NEVER COMMUNICATED THIS UNTIL IT WAS TIME FOR MY LUNCH BREAK AND I HAD CALLED !

Best slice in Cleveland in my humble opinion, and ALWAYS served with a smile. Respectful employees, great value, authentic tastes. Whether delivery or pick-up, I'm always made to feel like I'm family.
