I am really enjoying all the classes I take at Barre3! Each instructor is great and really attuned to each individual.

Classes are energetic, enjoyable and fun. Scheduling classes are easy and available mornings through evenings. The instructors are awesome and very helpful.

Friendly, welcoming and a great workout. I had stayed away from exercise classes because I am not great at keeping up with group moves and sticking to others' schedules, but going to barre3 at Legacy Village has been truly transformative. First, the instructors are great and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Next, they have many class times to choose from so I always feel like it fits my schedule preferences. Finally, the moves are not complicated to follow, they just target very specific muscles. I tried my first class for free a couple of weeks ago, and I have already gone 5 times - which surprises me! It works muscles I never use for my usual jogging, so it is a relief to know that by simply going to classes I am working so many more muscles to stay healthy and balanced.

I absolutely love this barre studio. Its an amazing workout - I have built muscle while having a lot of fun. The atmosphere is very warm, I am always greeted with a smile and everybody knows my name. I cant say enough about how great the teachers are and the owner who really cares about her clients.
