I really dont know how this establishment is still open. Every time I bring my son here its issue after issue to the point I had to find a new dentist for my child. Scheduled my child to have some dental work done only to be told the day of that I have to be rescheduled second incident occurred not too long ago when I had to use PTO to bring my child in to be seen AFTER my appointment was already rescheduled a month out from the original date discussed the first time due to miscommunication on the providers part. Get to the office as soon as they opened only to be told the provider doesnt feel comfortable preforming the procedure which was to fill my childs minor cavity and refused to speak to me herself. This place is a joke. Do you think Im going to get my PTO back? NO. Very terrible service.

Last year I was in the hospital from having a heart transplant and my childrens father had to take my son there. He let them know that . He took off work but had both of our sons with him and she refused to see my son because his brother couldnt go to the back with them. Waisted time off. Dr. Tristas assistants are more professional than she is. She walks in, NEVER greets parents or the children. Just starts going over the work that her assistants did. I had to ask her what is she putting on my childs teeth. She rudely replied, fluoride. Shes very rude. No wonder other dentists are taking over, though there was no explanation of why.

Rules are rules no extra kids then so be it! Since Covid its been many different mandates who can and cant come as extras get over it shes one of the best children dentists that can be had I believe some of you all forget this is a service industry her help fluctuates just like any other business Ive never had an issue with her explaining anything about Dunns service she and I sit and discuss family holidays ect. and dental. Sometimes its YOU as a parent vs her as a provider if YOU dont have any questions then as a parent YOU have failed your kid or your kid is in perfect health ! She did my sons dental surgery she was kind and caring he enjoys every visit been going for maybe 10 years hes about to time out and Im so upset about it. She also sent him to ortho when she saw the first sign of overcrowding I asked questions about that over the years and she answered them honestly some of these same complaints people have written are the same parents who complain the schools arent doing enough! It starts with YOU and at home!

My son has been coming for years, but have noticed the wait time from appointment start time can be from 30 minutes to up to an hour now. No need to come early you won't be seen until well after your schedule time. Appointment time was 3pm son called back at 345p and girl that's just a polisher done at 404p waiting for doctor, still waiting, 454p waiting for doctor to see him but still needed to wait for hygienists to finish what the girl whose just a polisher couldn't do was where the hold was because she cannot scrap, but the 2 hygienists have patients of their own. 2 families came after me left before us. No one knows what the orher person is doing .Place is very overbooked. Was trying to stay but may need to find another place for him. Spending 2 hours for a basic cleaning and x-raya for a kid compared to maybe and hour for myself getting a deep scaling and x-raya when I see my dentist is way too much. But glad my son is older, could be a stressful situation keeping smaller kids focused for that long. He's 12 maybe it's time for adult dentist .
