Metro Health Hospital: Kozik James L DDS

Waited over an hour and half for mri

This hospital is a freaking joke. No prior info was sent regarding the updated parking issues, made me miss my appointment, and you want me to park a mile away and take a shuttle back to the hospital? This is the type of "check-in" info that would be pertinent to anyone trying to come here. I will never come back to this poor excuse for a medical center again. This is in addition to the several bad experiences I've already encountered at this location. I would give 0 stars if I could.

arrived in emotion at 3:30 they came to inspect and saddles were waiting for any action on their part for two whole hours

Was at metro hospital for a week had a full stroke the doctors and nurses took good care of me

Had an appointment at 230pm. Got there at 130pm and was still waiting to be called at 330pm to see the dentist. Waited too long went to find out what was taking so long, receptionists never let them know I was there until something was said. Staff was too busy on there cell phones to worry about customer service. Very unorganized dentist office.
