        Bought a parking pass for a Cavs game on mlk holiday online at Vivid Seats. Arrive to a closed, empty, abandoned garage and had to purchase another parking spot elsewhere. DO NOT GET DUPED LIKE I DID!!!!

        Bought parking pass for the game got there on time garage was closed because it was already full. Drove around for an hour looking for parking missed half of the game. Refuse to give me a refund. Would not recommend

        It was raining and the water mixed with the severely damaged cement ceiling and stained my car. They refused to reimburse me for cleaning it off stating parking is at your own risk. Structural damage should be their fault as it is under their control and reasonable for one to assume the parking structure is safe.
