Great place to park if you are staying in Cleveland for a couple of days. $20 per day is a steal

Great parking garage in terms of proximity. However, staff are very unsupportive.
TLDR: Our car was hit while parked here with cameras at the entrance and exit yet no help was provided to help look through the footage. Office worker remained in the garage office "looking busy".

Do not park here. After a Cleveland Monster Game we waited in a car queue starting at the 5th floor for 2 hours. Not 10 minutes. Not 20, or 30. Not even an hour. But over 2 hours. Really an absolutely terribly operated place with poor solutions to getting people home safely and efficiently.
Part of the problem is they ask you to pay at the time of exit. So you wait in a cashier line of 100 people. Some of whom are not prepared to make a payment when they are up. And even if they did allow you to pay before leaving, there are only 2 pay stations on the first floor. This place is unprepared to provide services to the volume of people they are prepared to take money from.
A solution would be a Pay Before You Park where there are multiple pay stations on every floor with Help buttons that call on site staff who can come and help patrons.
Finally, at the end of a local event, they should open three exits and leave one opening for incoming patrons. When we were in the queue with 100 people, two entrances were open and only one exit was available. This should be switched to three exits and one entrance 1-1.5 hours after the start time of the local event.
