Horrible experience. Dr.Cheng was judgemental, insufferable and showed an enormous lack of compassion. Credentials don't mean everything. Don't waste your time if you want progress.

Horrible experience and a waste of your time. No compassion for a patient compares you to others when not 1 person is the same. It's unprofessional. Suggest I do something when other doctors tell me not to.

Dr Cheng has provided excellent care for my husband. After almost 2 months of run around from primary physician and a local treating hospital, she was able to get him diagnosed and performed surgery the same week and he is now recovering and gaining back strength in his legs and arms. She has responded to every phone call we have made to her office personally including a late evening Christmas Eve call and returning a call to let us know she called in a refill. She is matter of fact but explains things well and answers all questions. Highly recommend Dr Cheng!!! Also highly recommend UH main campus, we had nothing but great experiences while there during two different stays!!!
