I have been a customer of Dmitriy's for 17 years and I keep coming back because I know I can trust him. He has come through for me numerous times over the years. I just had an eye exam by Dr. Orehek. She was thoroughly professional and pleasant.

I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them 0 stars. I got the feeling the guy in there is a con man. Took two months to finally get my glasses. A joke. Beware!

Someone else started it perfectly, con artists! My son has been getting Dilly Dally glasses since he was 2. When we moved this was the closest place to get them. Since they arent covered by our insurance, Ill gladly pay out of pocket for them. When I ordered them, I was told there was 1 free replacement on them. The lens started popping out after a week, never had the issue before that soon. Sure I probably shouldve brought them in but had no time. Fast forward 5-6 months and I have to go in because the lens is completely missing. To my surprise, the receptionist informed me that all I needed was the same amount as the first time. I asked about the free replacement while looking at the got in the back who initially told me about it. As soon as I said it, he turned around, probably because he knew he lied. Apparently, when you pay out-of-pocket youre not eligible for the free replacement as I was told. So if you go there and pay out of pocket, make sure you get in writing If they tell you, theres a free replacement because youll go back later and theyre gonna tell you to pay double. Best to not go at all.
