This place is horrible I wouldnt send a fish in hospice care to this place! Poor staff and residents are left to die for the most part

NO STARS. I just got a horrifying call that my grandmother was left to sleep in her clothes, urine and feces!!!! I am beyond disgusted at this established. My cousin had to clean her up!! Food was left at the door when it was to be fed to her! And based on these other reviews as well , I suggest them to be closed down or clean house from the Owner down.! The City too because there is no way this place has been legally passing inspection! I will be reaching out to Medicare as well!

Let me start by saying IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONE'S DON'T SEND THEM HERE! THIS PLACE IS SO Unprofessional it's sad! My Dad has been there a week, my sister and I are in and out. He was upstairs 1st shift staff was great. When we first had him moved from the hospital to here it did take the nurse 3hours to come in his room. 3rd shift IS HORRIBLE my sister came middle of the night my dad wasnt changed my sister ask where's the change of sheets nurse says two doors on the right. They moved my dad on the lower level never called us we asked more than one nurse they said "I DONT KNOW" my dad has only been here a week My sister and I left yesterday was a Saturday at 6:30pm nobody has came in my dad room till 630 am Sunday!!! My dad is isn't verbal right now he has a history of stokes so he wasn't changed or checked on for 12hrs!!! Also when I arrived yesterday they had him sitting in the lobby area down stairs for hours in his waste. This is unacceptable and it's neglect.

Whoever the doctor is on this day November 13 ,2023 @ 10:28 pm Was horrible her English was not good and she act like she didnt care she sounds like she was from Africa This place did not deserve one star My brother almost OD in medication that they gave him Obviously they didnt keep track of the hour that they gave him the medication if so he wouldnt have OD From the Doctor's to the nurses yall SUCK and need your positions taken away Just because its not your family member dont mean you can do a patient any kind of way just to get a pay check I had to give a star just too post well its a 1 for me and thats 1 to many its a ZERO
