I would love to say that Mr. Christopher Latham went above and beyond in helping me Ive never experienced that kinda help and acknowledgement in a agency. He was very passionate and very helpful with patient with me when it came to gathering information to help speed my process along. Thank you Jesus! Whoever is manager is they should feel very proud to have someone whos caring and understanding on their team! I can see now this place is going a long way towards becoming the best! Thank you again For your company help.

"Ms. Ana" is rude. The small dollar loan program is supposed to be available for anyone in need, but this "Ana" person acts as if it's her money and makes up excuses to deny you the loan. The entire program is probably fake.

I contacted Benjamin Rose as I was referred by the Dept of Aging. I did a an application. It was approved. My case worker is Ms Moore this was 2 1/2 mths ago and I've never received one phone call to assist me in finding a place to live or any help at all. I find there's just no help in Cleveland or the surrounding areas. I'm 67 disabled on low income and homeless. Shame on Ohio. Shame on case workers that do nothing! And the ads on here keep popping up covering while your trying to write! 😠 Please stop the Ohio cares because it doesn't.
