        I used to love coming here until the last time. The lady Mia barely acknowledged me. She used the electric file with the very rough bit to remove my gel polish. I kept telling her its hot but she ignored me, no apologies. Then she processed to cut my nails down even though I told her I wanted to keep my nails. My gel started peeling after 3 days because my nail bed is now too thin from the drilling. Im very disappointed and will never come back here.

        I had a wonderful experience! Mai took care of me. I walked in and only had to wait a few minutes. I got a gel pedicure and I did a dip manicure. She was very fast, efficient and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. I highly recommend Broadmoor nails and Mai!
