This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are mean and vindictive. They messed up my mortgage payments and refused to apply my Veterans Property Tax Exemption.  I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are disorganized, and will lie to the customer and don't keep their word.

Bordering on harassment!!!  I would NEVER do business with a company that calls twice a day, day after day and never leave a message!!!  Even when I stepped away from work to answer and tell the caller to talk me off their list and stop calling me, I am still getting phone calls daily??  216-232-6197 is now blocked but still calls me daily.

Stay way from this mortgage company. I had been waiting for 2 months . Kept resending the same paperwork until I am blue in the face . Wasted my time , money ( for the appraisal) and effort.Kris Radevic said I was preapproved and as of 3/2/22021 - he was supposed to call me for the closing date . He bragged that I can get my home refinance and that was the end of January. Stay way from this company- bad news !!!! I even signed a new docusign where the closing fees are very high .they treat you like you don't know what 's going on , that I never even owned anything in my life . When you call him - he is always out on mondays . And returns your call on Thursday or Friday.

Our realtor referred us to Cross Country, which was an absolute grand slam. Sean Hadley and Chris Bullock were available at the drop of a hat to answer any questions we had or walk through the paperwork. They handled everything from A to Z and made the home buying process a breeze. As first time home buyers, we were incredibly skeptical. After speaking with Sean the first time, we knew we had our guy. He was cool and confident, and super knowledgeable. Sean spent nearly an hour on the phone with us when we first called, talking us through every option on the table. We hung up confident that we made the right choice. Ultimately, Sean and Chris streamlined the lending and closing processes so efficiently that we completely sidelined the competition. CC was always one step ahead of us, so they could preempt our questions or provide the detail we needed before we even knew we needed it. Their online platform shreds the paperwork and provides easy access to all the forms / contracts so you can review and comb through it with ease. If you're in the market, give them a call.

Worst ever! The broker didn't bother to read an email with pertinent information.  His error cost us a week of our valuable time. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
