Dave Pickering from the Cleveland branch was the loan officer for my refinance and he was an absolute Nightmare!!! He held my fha Case number hostage. He gave me empty promises and when you would give him and Inch he would take a mile. He lied to me about the price of the appraisal to try to get me not to switch. He then changed my loan from a 30 year fixed to a 25 year fixed without even telling me, saying he found better rates because I found the same interest rate for several thousand dollars cheaper. He an accuses other people of being unethical and says anything to make money, doesnt have consumer in mind at all.He teams up with Steven morris and understands that he is holding the future of your home and is a con artist.

FRAUD ALERT! I am a real estate agent located in Scottsdale, AZ. In March of 2021 JESSE WARREN - a mortgage consultant from Cross Country Mortgage came into my open house I was hosting and presented me with an opportunity to invest in HARD MONEY loans. I invested $161,000 with him and he promised me HIGH returns. My belief is that this was through Cross Country Mortgage. JESSE WARREN has now STOLEN $161,000 from me in which were produced through 5 -7 promissory notes in which he never paid. We have now filed a lawsuit in MEDINA county against JESSE WARREN. **Update. We have won a fraud judgement for $530,000*** you can look it up! Also I realized that there are two others involved and the grand total of stolen money is OVER $600,000 dollars! I am sick to my stomach. My wife is pregnant and we are having our first child this coming September 2022 and we have no income for our family because of this Ponzi scheme supported by one of CCM employee. Please do not use them in the future as they take no responsibility for JESSE WARREN'S actions of FRAUD, MANIPULATION, AND THEFT! Once again this has hurt me and my family for years to come! DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO JESSE WARREN employed by CROSS COUNTRY MORTGAGE!

I've taken the time to read all these great reviews, unfortunately I wasn't so lucky. I had a lot of difficulties with one particular loan officer. At first he was really nice but when I was offered a better deal with my current mortgage, this loan agent turned unprofessional. From the research I've done, CrossCountry Mortgage has a very good reputation. Unfortunately I had the worst experience. Not only was the loan officer unprofessional, he was childish and vindictive. Make sure when dealing with this office that you ask for one of the loan officers listed in the reviews posted. Otherwise you may get unlucky. Very sad that I had to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In 45 years of being in the workforce, I have never worked with any financial service where the behavior I dealt with was acceptable. Coming from the financial sector, I would have been removed from employment had I treated a customer the way I was treated. Consumer beware and research.
