Terrible experience, awful customer service. The branch manager handled my existing mortgage while working at a local bank, having a positive experience, I decided to look him up for a refinance. The lack of posted rates on the website should have been a red flag. I received 1 copy and paste email after applying, and never heard from a loan officer. 10 days after applying, I still had not received a loan estimate, which is required to be delivered within 3 days. Once received, the estimate was for the wrong term, the rates wer much higher than my bank, and the escrow was all wrong. Applying with CCM was a waste of my time and credit inquiry. Ultimately, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Use caution with CCM.

I cannot say enough about the stellar customer service I received from Sean Hadley. He spent a great deal of time, not only explaining my options, but answering all of my questions. And his follow up is on point! Minutes after our conversation, he had already followed up with an email as promised. I would recommend Sean for any and all of your mortgage needs. He is a true expert in his field. Thank you!
