Do not trust Joanne with helping you buy your house. My wife and I were first time home buyers and while we were aware our house needed work, Joanne brought in an incompetent house inspector, refused to assist us in negotiating price, did not do well with contract writing despite having templates to work from, and has been of no help when my wife and I have attempted to remediate any issues. When we looked for guidance regarding escrow, she told us the sellers werent cooperating and did not follow-up about the paperwork. Her advice instead was to fix POS and hope the sellers would agree to addend paperwork or to make the repairs and eat the cost despite the POS issues being a direct result of her incompetence with our contract. She will collect her paycheck and leave you high and dry while pretending to be nice and empathetic.

Very knowledgeable about the area and was always available, whether to just answer a quick question or to go view a listing. Extremely helpful throughout the whole closing process and the Century 21 Concierge service made transferring utilities and internet so easy. Highly recommend!

Joanne was very professional and easy to work with on the sale of our condo. She always had our best interests in mind,, responded to our calls, kept us updated and worked diligently to get the unit sold. I would highly recommend Joanne Davis to either find you a home or sell your home.
