We absolutely loved working with Paula. Even in the midst of the crazy housing market, she helped us find the perfect home, and we even got it under asking! She's honest and forthright. We never felt like she'd tried to sell us something we didn't want. Now that we have our house, we honestly miss seeing her. You won't go wrong with Paula.

Paula was in a word, amazing! We were lucky to have Paula represent us with both a purchase and a sale. Her patience, guidance and expertise through the buying process was stellar. She took the time over several months to send us so many options and was quick to get us in the door of anything that looks like our potential future home. Once we found our new home, for a great deal thanks to Paula and her negotiation skills, it was time to put our current home on the market. She gave amazing guidance on getting our home show ready, got us on the market quickly, and listened to our hopes for the listing. We hit the market with 30 showings in 3 days and accepted and offer for more than 10% over asking. The reason, Paula of course!!! I would recommend Paula to anyone looking to buy or sell, and if we werent in our dream forever home, she would be our first call!

My experience working with Paula was wonderful! She was quick to respond to questions and set up house viewings. Paula was very detail oriented and patient when drafting up offers and made sure to explain everything along the way so that I understood all of the technical language and felt comfortable with what was drafted in the offer letter. Not to mention that she made the house hunting and buying process so easy for someone who was buying out of state and could not visit to view homes (Facetime home showings were such a savvy suggestion on her part!). Paula is also just a very friendly, attentive, and kind person and makes everyone around her feel welcome. Very happy that I chose to work with her, and would recommend her in a heartbeat!
