        Herb and Twine suffers from success. When you can get your order in it's great. Otherwise their line rings busy or without being picked up and they don't feel the need to address this. I used to be a regular here, but the terrible order experience makes it more of a blue moon. Their kiosk asks for tip for a "to go" only business when they don't give you a good experience. Sometimes you have to align with your dignity over a turkey club.

      Eli, we appreciate you. Place your order in person if you’re near by and/or on hold. A quicker wait time. We space out our call-in orders from our walk-in orders to accommodate for both.
